OPEN FORUMS VS. CUSTOMIZED TRAINING

CEP offers two core training platforms that your organization can plug into.

“Open Forum” University Style Training

Our Open Forum programs are conducted in a community based setting involving representatives from many area businesses and governmental agencies.  We refer to our open form programs as our Compass Program.  It meets monthly on a scheduled  basis for 12 consecutive months and covers a specific business/organizational skill  set during each session.
